JMR Program Management (JMRPM) is named in honor of Mike's Father, Joseph Rolecki, a Navy fighter pilot in the 1940's-1960's.

Founder and Owner
Mike Rolecki established JMR Program Management (JMRPM) LLC in 2014. JMRPM is named in honor of Mike's Father, Joseph Rolecki, a Navy fighter pilot in the 1940's-1960's.
As owner of JMRPM, a small business located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Mike applies Business Management and System Engineering practices to help businesses propose and initiate successful programs, guide programs to a successful life cycle, and help struggling programs optimize their performance.
Mike will help his customers develop program processes and initiate a continuous process improvement environment.
